The initials of my First Name and Last Name (Prasad Iyer) represent the universal Mathematical constant PI , which is coincidental. This constant first helped us understand measuring the circumference and area of a Circle , that led to defining the universe around us with greater clarity. It is a number that is ancient, has never been accurately measured to the last digit, is vast when expanded and eternal in nature. The number π has applications in different fields of science, construction and space travel.

Similarly, this blog is my attempt to define , measure and articulate the various areas in departments/functions, that form the pivotal of any product, service or startup organization. I shall raise some definitive common questions /challenges/topics, today’s organizations face in Customer Success, Customer Quality, Customer Support & Operations and answer them through my perspective via research and written content here. The idea is to share them to learn and educate self and the general community who reads my blogs.
